Police Credit Union in strong position despite global crisis - Nov 09
Chief Executive Officer, Costa Anastasiou, is pleased to announce that PCU has recorded a group profit after tax of $3.25 million, coupled with a record high customer satisfaction rate of 91.2 percent during the 2008-09 financial period. This is an excellent result in light of the difficult trading conditions that prevailed during the period.

PCU reports back to back record profits - 27/10/08
Chief Executive Officer, Mr Costa Anastasiou, was pleased to announce that the past year was a period of outstanding achievement for PCU. For the 2007/08 financial year, the PCU group achieved an outstanding profit after tax result of $5.8 million - representing an increase of 82% over the previous year.

Police Credit Union sponsors tree planting - 6/8/08
Wilderness School and Rotary are joining forces to plant 2,500 native trees of various species to help rebuild the bushfire affected areas around Pt Lincoln, thanks to $3,000 in funding from Police Credit Union.

Thanks Eddie! A piece of PCU History - 10/1/08
Thousands of police officers have a lot to thank Eddie Trotter for. As the very first chairman of Police Credit Union, on at least one occasion, he provided the funds for a loan from his own pocket because the fledgling credit union didn't have enough funds in reserve.

Rate rise not warranted - will hurt South Australians - Aug 07
The Reserve Bank's decision today to lift interest rates is not warranted, says Costa Anastasiou, Chief Executive Officer of Police Credit Union.
"The Reserve Bank's decision will hurt battling South Australians and put pressure on home affordability", Mr Anastasiou says.

New 'No Deposit' home loans proving popular - Dec 06
A No Deposit housing loan that doesn't rely on the Federal Government's $7,000 first home buyer grant and which recognises a person's current & future earning has been introduced by the State's best known credit union, the Police Credit Union.
