Make the switch to PCU today

Unlike banks, our Members are not just a number - they're our shareholders, our owners.

Each Member owns one share of Police Credit Union, regardless of the amount of business he or she has with us.

This entitles you to an equal say in the running of the Credit Union, as you can vote at Annual General Meetings and participate in the election of the Board.

All of our profits are poured back into Member benefits, because we're here to help you reach your financial and lifestyle goals. As a Member of Police Credit Union, you have access to fairer fees, better interest rates, superior service and a whole lot more.

Making the switch is as easy as 1, 2, 3, 4...

3. Re-establish your payments on your new PCU account

Your Direct Debit and Direct Credit providers will need to be advised of your new account details. Police Credit Union has created a 'Change Advice' letter for your convenience.  All you need to do is print the letter, fill in the details of the Direct Debit or Direct Credit and sign.  Our friendly Police Credit Union staff will be more than happy to assist you through this process.

4. Close your old account

Police Credit Union recommend you confirm that all payments, including Direct Debits and Direct Credits, have been successfully re-established on your new account.  Once this is done, you can close your old account.  Welcome to Police Credit Union!
