IVY Phone Banking is an automated telephone system that allows you to access your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Simply call 1300 247 489 at the cost of a local call from anywhere in Australia.
You can also access IVY from anywhere around the world! If you're overseas call +61 8 8208 5690.
Phone IVY Phone Banking for:

Savings account, loan and investment balance inquiries.

Details of your last five (5) transactions, and Visa and cheque transactions.

Transferring funds between accounts within your membership.

To use IVY all you need is:
- An IVY Password - Apply for this 4 digit password at one of our branches, call us on 1300 131 844 to have a registration form posted or print one by clicking here.
- Your membership number - This appears on your statements and on your Visa Debit or Redicard.
- A basic push button 'touch tone' telephone or mobile phone
