A Better Digital Journey

A big part of what we do is giving our Members a seamless digital banking experience on their PC, tablet, smart phone and even their watch! We recognise that technology is continually changing and keeping up with it is more like a journey than a destination. What we did on our desktop computers five years ago, we do on our smart phones today.

It’s a journey that we’re looking forward to helping our Members navigate… better.

To access our Banking App, make sure to search ‘Police Credit Union’ in your relevant app store.

What can you expect from our Banking App?

Card management

This exciting feature will allow you to be able to perform a range of card functions within the app, including:

  • Activating a new card
  • Changing the PIN on an existing card
  • Locking a card if it is misplaced and unlocking it again once the card has been found
  • Reporting a lost or stolen card
  • Ordering a replacement card (only VISA debit or credit)

Logging off

When logged in, you will see a padlock letting you know that you are securely logged in. Simply tap the padlock to logout.

How do you access your accounts?

Tap on the banking tiles to do all your banking, transfer or pay bills.

Quick Balance View function

Set up a quick balance view for the account you use the most without having to login.

Want to set this up on your Android or Apple phone? Follow the easy steps below…

Android
1. Login using PIN
2. Go to View Accounts
3. Click on the three dots in the top right hand corner and the Settings menu will appear
4. Select Set Quick Balance and choose your preferred account
5. Save – now you will be able to double tap the View Accounts button for a quick account balance update even if you’re not logged in

Apple
1. Login using PIN
2. Go to View Accounts
3. Click on the three lines in the top left hand corner and a Settings menu will appear
4. Select Settings (the cog icon)
5. Then click Select Quick Balance and choose your preferred account
6. Save – now you will be able to double tap the View Accounts button for a quick account balance update even if you’re not logged in
