Changes to Internet Banking

Internet Banking. Changes for the better.

IB login IPAD

As a part of our Better Digital Journey, Internet Banking has undergone some changes. We’ve added features to make it easier to use and give Members more control over how it looks. Don’t worry, you’re still able to do everything you could do…but better!

First, what HAS NOT changed?

  • Your Internet Banking log in details have not changed
  • Security. Police Credit Union is committed to keeping Member transactions secure and you are still protected by Guardian Fraud Protection while transacting online
  • All of your settings, payments and account names have not changed
  • Our commitment to provide Members help when they need it. If you do require support with Internet Banking, you can call our friendly call centre on 1300 131 844

Now, what has changed for the better?

Along with a new look and feel for the Login page and the Internet Banking dashboard, Members now have the advantage of the following features:

Pending Transactions in your Account List

MVP Pending Authorisations

You can now see the Pending Transactions (Visa Authorisations) that account for the difference between your Account Balance and your Available Balance. This happens when you buy something with your Visa card and there is a delay until you see it hit your account.

Dashboard Drag and Drop

MVP drag drop

With this new feature, you can organise your Internet Banking dashboard just how you like it. Want to move the Transaction History under the Account List? Easy, just drag and drop it where you want it. Have a look at the animation above to see just how easy it is to make Internet Banking better for you.

Changes to Heading Names

Within Internet Banking there are many headings in the navigation that lead you to the things you want to do. For example, to see all of the accounts, you click on List of Accounts under the My Accounts navigation heading.

From the feedback that we’ve received, we’ve changed some of these heading names and where they belong to make them easier to understand and make the Internet Banking experience better.

While there are many small intuitive changes that you will discover as you use the new Internet Banking dashboard, the four main heading names that have changed are:

Transfer and Credit External has become Transfer Money (under the new Payments heading)MVP new menu transfer

Multiple Transactions has become Batch Payments (under the new Payments heading)

MVP new menu multiple transactions

My Personal Payees has become My Personal Payees and My BPAY Payees (we’ve split them under the new Payments heading)

MVP new menu personal payees

My Future Payments has become Periodical Payments (under the new Payments heading)

MVP new menu future payments

We hope that you are excited as we are about our Better Digital Journey. If you have any questions or comments, we welcome them. Please call our friendly call centre on 1300 131 844 or email us at pcu@policecu.com.au.
