Customer limits apply in our Palmerston branch

Please note our Palmerston branch will be limited to a maximum of 5 customers in branch at any one time.

All customers will need to wear face masks, check in with the QR code and maintain social distancing.

We will continue to run mandatory and non-intrusive temperature checks using a thermal imaging camera, as a condition of entry, enhanced cleaning protocols are in place, and staff will wear face masks. Social distancing applies at all times. Please DO NOT ENTER our branch if you feel unwell, are experiencing flu-like symptoms, have travelled overseas/from a closed border area, have been diagnosed or in close contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days, or visited any of the COVID-19 hotspots.

As an alternative to visiting our Palmerston branch, you can call our Contact Centre on 1300 131 844 during business hours and our friendly staff will assist you.

You can also securely access your money 24/7 using Online Banking, our Banking App and IVY Phone Banking. Contactless payments can be made with Visa payWave and Digital Wallet.
