Police Credit Union Becomes the First Fresh WorkMate!
22 September 2016
Police Credit Union has been a long time supporter of Fresh 92.7. And why wouldn’t we be? They provide amazing opportunities for Adelaide’s youth – whether it’s training them up to become journalists, producers, announcers, DJs, audio engineers, or supporting their musical careers through airplay, and the Contemporary Music Program… Just like us, they are all about better.
We want to ensure that this great South Australian icon is able to continue its work in providing these opportunities well into the future.
With the launch of the Fresh 5000 at the start of the year, they had the ambition of gaining 5000 Fresh Mates who would help them provide the greatest opportunities they can create for Adelaide’s youth and electronic music communities while, at the same time, giving them access like no one else!
They managed to get some early wins with their numbers increasing significantly in the first few months of the campaign which was amazing! However it did seem to run out of steam…
And that’s where we step in… Our CEO, Costa Anastasiou, gave Ben and Liam a buzz while they were making their way through their morning show with a great idea. Call it our light bulb moment! Why don’t we sign up all 140 employees of Police Credit Union as Fresh Mates? Listen to that phone call below and witness the birth of the ‘Fresh WorkMate’!
There were big high fives all around as Police Credit Union signed up as the inaugural Fresh WorkMate and, in doing so, continue to help Fresh 92.7 make a huge difference in helping to support Adelaide’s youth and electronic music communities.
Stay tuned (literally) as more high five action is set to come our way…
