In addition to our regular financial hardship obligations, we are encouraging our customers to make contact, so that we can assess your unique situation and offer appropriate personalised guidance or solutions. This includes offering all mortgage borrowers ‘loan repayment pauses’ which defer your scheduled loan repayments for up to 3 months.
