Better, safer transactions on your mobile

Mobile phone and tablet devices are handy ways to access your account, but that convenience comes with some additional, but preventable, risks.

Mobile devices are phones and computers so better mobile protection is about taking the same precautions that you would for internet banking.

For better mobile protection:

Lock your mobile when not in use.

Use a password protected lock screen.

Security software is recommended, especially software to remotely lock or wipe your device.

Only install apps from your official app store.

Do not ‘Jailbreak’ or ‘Root’ your device (these are not things you can do to a phone, accidentally).

If your mobile device is lost or stolen…

Contact Police Credit Union on 1300 131 844 as soon as possible, or log in to internet banking and go to:
My Preferences > Mobile Banking and Disable Mobile Banking.
