If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, we invite you to contact our Dispute Resolution Officer via one of the methods below and an internal review will be undertaken. If the Officer is able to resolve the dispute, he or she will promptly notify you in writing of, and giving reasons for, the outcome. The Internal Dispute Resolution Officer is committed to resolving the dispute as promptly as possible and will keep you informed of the progress.
