At Police Credit Union, we love hearing from our Members.

Have you experienced some outstanding customer service? Do you have feedback about any Police Credit Union product or service?

Please visit your local branch or contact us via one of the methods listed below and we will deal with the matter promptly.

If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, we invite you to contact our Dispute Resolution Officer via one of the methods below and an internal review will be undertaken. If the Officer is able to resolve the dispute, he or she will promptly notify you in writing of, and giving reasons for, the outcome. The Internal Dispute Resolution Officer is committed to resolving the dispute as promptly as possible and will keep you informed of the progress.

Police Credit Union is a Member of the Financial Ombudsman Service. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you can ask for an external review by this independent body. They can be contacted by:
