BPAY will be the only function removed from IVY Phone Banking on this date, you will still be able to call 1300 247 489 to check your account balance, hear your last five transactions and make transfers.

Call our local Contact Centre staff on 1300 131 844 during business hours, or visit us in branch, and we’ll happily assist you to pay your bills for FREE with no fee charged for staff assisted BPAY transactions.
