About us

We are a proud Credit Union, servicing more than 40,000 happy Members. With seven branches across SA and NT and dedicated Relationship Managers, we offer a full range of comprehensive and competitive banking products including award-winning home loans, car loanspersonal loans and credit cards, as well as savings accounts and general insurance products.

We also offer our Members 24/7 access to their money with our state-of-the-art facilities including our Banking AppOnline BankingFast Payments and Apple PayGoogle Pay and Samsung Pay.

I have been with Police Credit Union for 26 years – that in itself tells you that I enjoy working for Police Credit Union. The thing that really stands out working here, is that it’s like a little family. It is not a big company where most of the Senior Management wouldn’t know who you are, but here you get to know who everyone is from senior staff through to our regular members. 

I have seen Police Credit Union grow over the last 26 years, through the technology we use, to the products and services we provide our members, the training we have due to the vast legislative changes that are occurring. I can definitely say, there are no boring days here.

Since joining Police Credit Union in 2020, I have been encouraged to constantly seek growth and development in my chosen field. As an IT Support Officer, I have been provided with opportunities to complete my Certificate 3 and pursue my Certificate 4 in Information Technology. I am determined to use the skills I have gained to help the Police Credit Union provide the very best customer experience for both our staff and Members.
