Don’t lose access to your Banking App
Important: The old Banking App has now shut down
In early February 2026, the old version of the Banking App will be permanently retired. For continued access to the Banking App, please download the latest version from your smartphone app store. The latest version will show your accounts as soon as you log in and the ‘More’ menu in the bottom right hand corner (three grey horizontal lines).
If you do not have auto updates set up, you can find instructions here for Apple and Android phones to learn how to enable this function or how you can update your app manually. The latest update is compatible with iOS 13.0 or later and Android 7.0 or later. You can also find out more information on our recent and initial updates last year.
You will be unable to access the Banking App until you have made this update.
