Bank On Us – the next chapter in our journey
We are excited to announce and present to you, our new logo and tagline Bank On Us.
While our outgoing logo has served us well for more than a decade, it’s time for a refresh. As the leading alternative to the major banks, it’s important that our brand remains contemporary, representative of current and potential customers, and appeals to a broader audience.
While we may have a new look, our name and approach remain unchanged – customer focused and highly competitive. We continue to proudly and consistently offer market leading products and outstanding personal service to our Members, and we’d like the wider South Australian and Territorian community to consider banking with us and enjoy these same benefits too.
Our continued success and future growth will ensure that we continue to reinvest 100% of our returns, back into our products and services, and support many more worthwhile community and environmental initiatives.
What does the new logo represent?
Our new logo’s blue and magenta colours represent South Australia and the Northern Territory – the two parts of Australia where we support Members through our branches.
The chequered pattern in the shield pays homage to our proud police heritage and our continued loyalty to these bond members, as well as nurses and first responders.
The bold typeface was designed with readability in mind to appeal to the wider community.

It’s our commitment to provide reliable service, outstanding products, community support and deliver strong year-on-year performance so you can bank with confidence. We want our current Members and future Members, to rely on us for those important life milestones – such as buying a new car, a first home or refinancing your current loan to save money. Whatever stage of life you are at, you can bank on us.

What does this mean for Members?
Whilst our logo and tagline are changing, you can be assured that everything else you know and love about Police Credit Union will remain the same.
This includes our people, our personal service and our great products for everyone. Think of it as a fresh new look, to represent Police Credit Union today, and into the future.
Keep an eye out for the new look on our website, Online Banking, Banking App, social media channels, advertising and future Member communications. We will be updating the logo on credit and debit cards once we’ve used all of our existing stock, therefore you may see the updated logo and design when your card is due for renewal.
Why the change?
We wanted our new look and feel to better represent our current Members, potential Members and the broader community across South Australia and Northern Territory. Our last logo was over 12 years old and was no longer contemporary.
Did you consult with Members?
We held a number of small focus groups to get feedback about our new look from current Members, police, nurses and the general public. We incorporated the feedback we received ensuring that our new brand colours and design were inclusive, modern, approachable and had more widespread appeal.
