Glenn Lewis
Police Relationship Manager
Glenn is the friendly face for our Police Platinum Members as our Police Relationship Manager. Having first joined Police Credit Union in 2002, he has worked in a variety of roles including as a Member Service Officer, Lending Assessor and Team Leader.
Always armed with a good story, Glenn not only has vast experience in helping our Police Platinum Members with achieving their financial goals, but he also enjoys making longstanding personal connections.
His favourite thing is to help our Police Members with their financial milestones. He loves to see a smile on their face as they pose with their first car or home!
Glenn is also an avid supporter of Police Link which connects Police Officers with sick children at the Women’s & Children’s Hospital and Flinders Hospital. It works to encourage positive engagement and to build trust with the Police through distraction of their illness, as well as fun with special visits, gifts and events (including an annual Christmas party which Glenn attends every year).
Almost a permanent fixture in stations across South Australia, he knows a lot of our Police Members on a first name basis!

Monica King
Healthcare Professionals Relationship Manager
Monica is our Healthcare Professionals Relationship Manager. She has held various roles in the financial industry since 2004 and joined the Police Credit Union team in 2020.
She has worked across the organisation in several roles including in our Contact Centre and in our Adelaide and Marion Branches, giving her a well-rounded and solid understanding of how best to assist our Platinum Members.
She is passionate about building relationships with Platinum Members across the healthcare sector, assisting them to maximise their understanding of their personal finances and how to take control of their financial future.
A self-confessed multitasker, Monica is a working mum who continues to strive for excellence in her work and is constantly looking for ways she can positively impact and improve Members’ lives. Her efforts haven’t gone unnoticed, as she has been the worthy recipient of two High Achiever Awards as part of the annual Police Credit Union Staff Awards.
Monica is dedicated to ensuring you receive a customer service experience second to none.
