Update Your Details

Have you moved house? Changed your phone number? Created a new email address? We need to know about it.

Let us know when your details change to help us better protect your money.

Here at Police Credit Union we employ a range of security controls to monitor transactions and protect you from fraud. If we detect any suspicious activity we may contact you to confirm the legitimacy of the transaction. We can only do this if we have your current details.

Online Banking

Update your details with Online Banking in 4 steps:

1. Log in to Online Banking 
2. Go to Settings and select Update Contact Details
3. Click Get SMS and enter the One Time Password that you receive
4. Choose to update your Address Details or Contact Details. Finalise by clicking the Update Details button.

Banking App

Use our Banking App to update your contact details:

1. Log into the Banking App.
2. Tap on the More menu.
3. Select My Details, choose to update your Address Details or your Contact Details (email, phone, social media).
4. Tap Send SMS Code to your phone number and enter the One Time Password you receive.
5. Once you have made your changes, scroll to the bottom and press the Update Details button or Save.
